After 5 years, one of Switzerland’s best-known bands, Züri West, are celebrating their comeback with the album Love. The media hype surrounding the album was correspondingly high. In collaboration with Kargo, I developed the website and online shop for the cult band.
We animated the heart and symbol of the new album Love, drawn by children’s hands, to provide a nice introduction to the new world of Züri West. The website impresses with its large images, minimalist design and thoughtful use of colour. In order to guarantee a seamless integration of the integrated media such as video and audio, I worked with the Youtube interface and developed a simple audio player for the song excerpts. The website is based on WordPress and has around 1,600 – 3,000 visitors per day.
