YK Animation Studio is a Bern-based animation studio that has been producing short films, feature films, explainer videos, commercials, trailers, logo animations, idents, and music videos since 2013. The team brings stories to life through a wide range of visual styles, working with clients across film, advertising, and cultural sectors.

Developed in collaboration with Kornhaus Atelier, the website is built on a custom WordPress setup tailored to showcase the studio’s animation work in a playful, distinctive way. At its core sits a bespoke YouTube player that integrates seamlessly into the site’s visual language, complemented by drag-and-drop interactions, animated GIF elements, and a quirky outlined typeface that gives the interface its character.

The backend is fully bilingual and structured so the client can manage all content independently in both languages, from project entries to media assets.
