Janosch Abel is a photographer from Bern who takes pictures to tell stories. His work has taken him around the world and he has already photographed celebrities such as Pharrel Williams and Snoop Dogg. His client list is also impressive and includes names such as Asics, On, Red Bull and Swatch.

In collaboration with the Bernese design duo Salzmann Gertsch, I was able to realise the photographer’s new website. As a single-page application, Janosch’s work can be discovered with a single scroll. Based on WordPress, he can also flexibly customise and expand his work. Features include a randomly generated start page, lazy video loading, an infinity photo blog and smooth scroll.
