The Hofguet development offers 50 affordable rental flats right next to Steinhof railway station. The modern buildings, built to the Minergie-P standard, focus on sustainability with district heating and solar panels. A special feature: the residents are part of a house association and play an active role in shaping community life. Car-free, ecological and communal – Hofguet combines modern living with a sustainable lifestyle.
In collaboration with the graphic design studio Heyday, I developed the website for the housing estate. On the one hand, there is content about the flats, but the centrepiece is an interactive tool for selecting the flats and the corresponding view in cross-section.
