035. A2 Letter (2017)

In collaboration with the founders Yves Stuber, Cyril Müller and Atelier Pol, I developed the website for A2 Letter. Whilst the site looks simple at first glance, the technical challenge lay in the background.

On the one hand, users can take out a subscription on the website and receive a curated poster in A2 format by post every two weeks. Subscribers are managed via Stripe and can manage their data independently at any time via the login area. On the other hand, graphic artists, designers, photographers and creatives have the opportunity to upload their work via the website and be paid 1000 euros if their work is selected by a curator. The main challenge here was handling the large files that can be managed on the server. Last but not least, there is a separate tool for the high-ranking curators, who can easily curate the submitted works.

I am particularly pleased that the artist Chrissy Angliker could be won over for issue #0 and the founder of the renowned design magazine Juxtapoz from San Francisco for issue #1.
